Really comfortable area, central location near on good bus route, the best pubs in the area, and airport and city centre. Unique base for exploring the city.

Liked our stay, and would stay here again and again. Everything was perfectly fine, met the criteria, and the staff were very efficient people who arrived in a leisurely manner. The room they gave us was functional and beautifully maintained with lovely view, a comfy bed, for instance.

Everyone here was very polite and really good.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, really close to the coast of northern Scotland and the Highlands, transport, and shops and restaurants. The standard double room was new-fashioned with a double bed, earplugs, as for instance.

It offers new-fashioned rooms with a decent sized double bed and big windows, and every member of the staff was incredibly nice.

Staff were amazingly nice.

The hotel was situated in the central location in the outskirts of Edinburgh.

The property is beautifully appointed and the staff is amazingly nice. The hotel has airy and en suite rooms with updated bathroom, twin beds, a full length mirror. The property has a marvellous and decent location, adjacent to shops and restaurants, and the bus line to town. Newington is a district that deserves exploring.

You can have oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. It has excellent and favourable location in an alley.

All in all great value for money, had a warm stay for the great service during my stay. Everything was very convenient here, and the views were exceptionally good! The food was appetising and excellent, included oatmeal and fruit.

Good food, REALLY GREAT service and fantastic view over the well tended garden. Best possible and secure location, on the first day of arrival everything was fine.

Some of the staff members were polite. My room was both elegant and spotless with a nice garden view and 1 double bed for 1 adult plus the back garden. The service was all in all welcoming. I got great value for money at this hotel.

Its location was marvellous and decent, to everything I could want, and in a relatively quiet area. Porridge and fruit for breakfast were excellent.
